Pearl Street Plaza was crammed over the weekend with hundreds of beauty school members, students, neighborhood residents and city council members to celebrate Total Beauty Institute’s inaugural Happy Harvest day event. The Total Beauty Institute, Jacksonville’s newest full scale beauty school, recently graduated two students as licensed stylists.
